Delivery times and costs

We provide FREE 48-hour delivery within the UK mainland for all 50ml products.

Order confirmation, tracking and customs duties

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Medeau is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Medeau is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Returns

We hope you love your Medeau fragrance, however if for any reason you decide you would like to return it, we will accept a return within 14 days of purchase.

If the product has been opened, we cannot accept a return.

 

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

To request a return, please email info@medeau.co.uk. We'll reply with a returns form, along with instructions of how to complete your return.

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
